Once dispatched, delivery within Australia usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, shipping times generally range from 7–24 business days. At Myabayaau, we want every piece to feel elegant, effortless, and perfectly suited to you. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, free from perfume, makeup, or any marks, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items such as hijab pins, undercaps, or sale/discounted pieces may be final sale. Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. Myabayaau covers return shipping only for faulty or incorrect items. Once your return is received, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. We carefully check every order before it leaves us, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
